Warranty Policy

We offer limited warranties on select components of certain products to ensure customer confidence and satisfaction. Please review the following terms carefully:

Air Conditioner– Compressor

Warranty Duration: 3 Months from Date of Purchase.

  • Covers manufacturer defects in the compressor unit only.
  • Does not cover damage caused by power surges, improper installation, low voltage, or misuse.
  • Warranty is void if the unit is opened or tampered with by unauthorized persons.

E-Bike – Battery

Warranty Duration: 3 Months from Date of Purchase.

  • Covers internal battery defects and failure under normal usage.
  • Warranty does not cover wear and tear, damage due to overcharging, water exposure, physical damage, or use of non-approved chargers.
  • Warranty is void if the battery is opened, modified, or tampered with.

Television – Screen Panel

Warranty Duration: 3 Months from Date of Purchase.

  • Covers manufacturer defects in the screen display.
  • Does not cover cracked screens, burn-in, pixel damage from misuse, or physical impact.
  • Warranty does not apply to TV issues caused by power fluctuations, lightning, or unapproved power sources.

Important Notes:

  • A valid proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
  • Warranty covers repair or replacement of the faulty component at our discretion.
  • Items must be returned in reasonable condition with no signs of abuse or unauthorized modification.
  • The customer is responsible for the transportation of the item to and from the service location unless otherwise agreed.
